Language preparation of the foreign subjects in Russian and national languages of the independent States of Commonwealth. Building of joint scientific collectives, educational and scientific centres. Organisation of rest tour, treatment, scientific and educational tourism of the graduates and members of their families. Realisation of the different forms cultural exchanges. Search of the partners for mutually advantageous educational, scientifically, technical and business co-operation. Organisation of international exchanges between scientific, experts, students. Participation both organisation of the exhibitions and fairs international.
